Turnaround Time

Brand Packages have a turnaround time of 2-6 Weeks, this is dependent on the type of package.

Design services don't start until all information is received.

 

Design Process:

Week 1: Brand Development (logo Design) / Brand Direction

Week 2: We work on brand collaterals, once brand identity is completed.

Week 3-4: We will work on the digital designs, such as social media & website design/layout.

Photos: 

We require high-quality photos for your website design service. We will not accept selfies or screenshots of products or low-quality photos under any circumstances.

Color Palette:

You must have your brand color palette ready, we will not assist with selecting colors nor will we use creative freedom regarding colors.

 

Wording/ General Content:

You are responsible for ALL wording content & Valencia W Designs Studio will be responsible for the design. We encourage all clients to proofread all wording sent over, we will not correct any grammar or spelling errors. Store Info: Pricing, Descriptions, Sizing, Etc

This is a non-refundable package, we will not allow any refunds under any circumstances, for more information please review our Terms & Conditions page.

 

You can not substitute any services in this package for any other services within our company.​

Refund Policy

Payment Plans Available?

Absolutely. The payment plan for packages over $1000 is 50/50.

Deposits are 50% of the total cost, and are due on the day you book to reserve a start date/ begin branding process. Remaining 50% of the total cost is due on the 2 days before project sign off/ end date (final delivery) of your branding project.


 

* All balances should be paid before final delivery of items & website updates.
